Andre's Story

I started working at Evolution Money just over 2 years ago as an Underwriter. Through the thorough coaching and guidance provided by the managers, I managed to become a consistent strong performer in the department and was rewarded for my strong work ethic and willingness to help others.

After 12 months when I informed the business that I wished to pursue a career in Project Management, they endorsed the decision and this gave me the confidence to believe I could achieve this goal.

The business has invested in me massively, they firstly supported me in CeMAP and now PRINCE2 Qualifications, which will enable me to reach my goal of moving into Project Management. My story of progression is one of many.
